Zero-Pollution Initiative

Cycle-Bird stands alone as the only delivery service that is clean, green and good for our city. We actively engage the community by promoting eco-friendly alternatives all while providing our customers with excellent service. Our use of bicycles enables us to avoid producing the immense amount of waste normally created by transporting goods with fossil fuels.

We reduce paper by sending all of our invoices electronically and by using paperless tracking software. All of our messengers live low-impact lifestyles, and buy most of their equipment from local suppliers.

Because Cycle-Bird’s goal is not only to improve the environment locally but also globally, we have lent our support to the Montreal-based non-profit organization, Taking Root, to aid in our objective. Taking Root develops social reforestation projects in Central America and distributes certified carbon offsets. Their mission is to use reforestation as a tool to; fight against climate change, to restore ecosystems, and to aid in sustainable economic development.
